The first 30 minutes of the Post Game Court time after the Sixers-Miami game will be for a game between the FACAA youth team vs. the Fastball youth team.
Those interested should contact FACAA President Mike Marcial on Saturday, January 28. Player and parent/guardian will have access to the FACAA discounted ticket (limited quantity)

New rules that started this season if you have not noticed.
NCAA Rules shall govern all the games of this tournament subject to the following modifications:
1. REGULAR SEASON - The length of the first half shall be played with running time and stop only on time-outs . In the second half, clock will stop when free throws are being shot and during time out.(EXCEPTION (mercy rule ) – if the score differential is greater than 15 points, the clock will run with stops only on timeouts) . Each half will total 20 minutes of regulation time.
PLAYOFFS - Same as regular Season:
2. CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES : Clock will stop on the first and second half when free throws are being shot, and during time outs . ( Exception (mercy rule) - If the score differential is greater than 15 points in the last 2 minutes, the clock will run with stops only on time outs) . . Each half will total 20 minutes of regulation time.
PLAYOFF ELIGIBILITY
For the 2017 season - Open division players must play or be present for at least 2 (two) regular season games and for the 35+ Division at least 3 (three) games to be eligible for the playoffs.
REMNDER :
**Proof of ancestry must be provided upon request for verification. FACAA reserves the right to request any or all of the following at any time: driver’s license, birth certificate or non-expired passport. Failure to do so within a designated time period will result in an indefinite non-participation in the tournament. Roster changes are prohibited after the season starts. Minimum age for the Men’s Open Division is 16 years old. Minimum age for the Men’s 35 Plus league is 35 years old.
